EPD is composed of 130 nm of diamond powder, without any binder, synthesized at a high temperature of 2300 ° C and a high pressure of 16 G Pa. This special material has the advantages of single crystal and synthetic diamond, the surface is smooth and the hardness is more than twice that of single crystal diamond. Their wear resistance is superior to PCD. EPD not only provides excellent smooth stretch surface, but they also enable consistently high quality and precision to be maintained over long periods.
